Staff loyalty at INDELEC is a major priority: all team members are offered continuous training to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of industry technology and are aware of changes in customer requirements and developments within the company.
Our human resource policy means staff turnover is exceptionally low and the loyalty this brings provides a guarantee of the levels of expertise and efficiency throughout the range of services we provide our clients: manufacturing, marketing, auditing, technical surveys, installation, control & maintenance of existing installations, exports, etc...
This desire for constant improvement and our flawless quality of service can be seen, for example, within our Production Department which, while actively pursuing product innovation and development, is fully compliant with the most recent QC standards (see Quality page), accountability and computerization.
One of the company’s other trademark characteristics lies in the skill of its technicians.
Right from the outset, INDELEC placed great importance on the quality control of its products right through to their final use: in addition to the supply of products designed to protect against the effects of lightning, clients are systematically offered a full installation service by our teams of specialized and experienced technicians.
With many years experience of working at great heights, our technicians are multi-skilled and can adapt quickly and easily to the different situations they face on the wide range of locations they are called upon to work at. As well as their in-depth knowledge of electricity, they must also be fully competent in metals, wood, tiles, slate and sheet metal working.
In addition to their induction and regular ongoing training, our installers undergo a full monitoring program managed by an internal safety coordinator based at head office.
All our technical staff have the following health & safety qualifications:
- High work & rope work
- First aid in the workplace
- Working on electric installations
- Operating a cherry picker
- Operating an earthmover
- Chemical hazards
